Interesting. Do you have footnotes/sources for these quotes?

A collection of quotes from theocrats does not a fascist nation make. America is and will continue to move further and further to the left. It always amazes me how a number of people of the leftwing political persuasion continue screaming that America is becoming a "Christo-fascist" dictatorship.
The only reason we have finally heard from so many conservative voices lately is because of the rise of the internet and talk radio, the great media equalizers of late, but it still amounts to only one step to the right for every 3 steps we collectively make to the left.
Some people are so far to the left that everything that does not fit their world view is right-wing -- I have a feeling that this describes the owner of this blog.

You should be able to copy and paste them into google and come up with sources.

Most "left wing" people don't see it this way, but I'm always astounded by the shrill propaganda of the Right. Some of the "dark" predictions of the Right are pretty absurd. The Right definitely has taken the "we are victims" claim to astonishing and irrational heights. I do agree that the country is moving to the Left over time. That's why the Right has sought to entrench no-gay-marriage into the constitution - they know their time is running out, and they are trying to erect barricades to prevent the country's populace from legalizing gay marriage through a majority vote.
