Just received an email from Cyd [Madigan] Bell with the sad news that Fred Bell has passed away - he was visiting with Bert & Rita Reeves, went to bed on Saturday night, and by Sunday morning he was gone - it was due to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
